Pender County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located at Burgaw, Pender County, North Carolina. It was built in 1936, and is a three-story, “H”-shaped, brick-veneered building that is hard to miss. The courthouse runs five courts but only has three rooms and “only two are adequate given the current state of the building.

Parking
When you arrive, street parking should be readily available on Wright Street and E Freemont Street. Pender County has handicap parking at the rear of the building and handicap access at the rear of the building.
